Seolune is a jewellery brand, not a workshop. We do not draw the designs. We choose them.
Every few weeks we go through what the goldsmiths of Seoul have made that month, and we take the pieces that are right. Then we put our name on them, publish what they weigh, and make each one only after someone orders it.
Nothing here was designed in a boardroom. Nothing is made before you ask for it.
Gold first, stones second
Most jewellery at this price is sold on the stone. We sell the gold.
Every piece is solid 14K or 18K gold — the same metal all the way through. Never plated, never hollow. We publish the gram weight of each piece, which almost no one does, and it is the one number that tells you what you are actually holding.
The lab-grown diamonds are the accent. Every one arrives with its IGI report, and we state colour and clarity as a floor rather than a single value, because each piece is set from the stones in front of us on the day.

Made after you order
A piece leaves Seoul because you asked for it. Allow seven days to four weeks depending on the piece — the date is on every product page, before you pay.
Duties and VAT to the UAE are included in the price. There is nothing to pay when it arrives.
Each piece carries a two-year warranty, one free resizing, and a polish once a year for as long as you wear it. That is Seolune Care.
Who you are writing to
Seolune is two people — one in Seoul, who buys and ships; one in Dubai, who runs the brand. When you write to us, one of us answers. That is also why we can tell you the weight of a bracelet from memory.
