Made to order
Nothing on this site is sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is made for you in our Seoul atelier after you order. Production time differs by piece and is stated on each product page — most are ready in 10 to 14 days. We email you when it leaves us.
Delivery
We ship worldwide by express courier, tracked and insured door to door. Once your piece is dispatched, delivery to the UAE takes two to four working days.
Signature is required on delivery. If nobody is there, the courier will hold the parcel and contact you to rearrange — we would rather it waits than sits on a doorstep.
Duties and taxes
Every price on this site includes duties and taxes. There is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
We ship delivered duty paid. The customs duty and VAT on your order are calculated, declared and paid by us before the parcel reaches you.
We do not undervalue parcels or declare them as gifts. Your piece is declared at what you paid for it, insured for that amount, and covered by our warranty because of it.
Where we ship
We are launching in the United Arab Emirates and shipping worldwide from Seoul. If your country is not at checkout, write to us and we will arrange it.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your piece is dispatched. If it has not moved for more than two working days, tell us — we will chase the courier so that you do not have to.
