Ten days, no reason needed
If a piece is not right, tell us within ten days of delivery and you can return it or exchange it for another size. You do not have to explain why. You cover the shipping both ways; we handle everything else.
We can offer this on made-to-order jewellery because nothing leaves Seoul without being looked at by hand.
How it works
- Write to us within ten days of the delivery date with your order number and whether you want a return or an exchange.
- We will send you the return address and instructions the same working day.
- Send the piece back unworn, in its original box, with the certificate.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece arrives and has been checked — usually within five working days.
- Exchanges are made to order like any other piece, so allow the production time shown on that product page from when your return reaches us.
What we cannot take back
- Pieces that have been worn. Trying it on to check the fit is not wearing it.
- Engraved pieces, and pieces made to a specification you gave us that is not one of our listed options.
- Pieces returned without the box or the certificate.
- Pieces altered or repaired by anyone other than us.
None of the above applies if the piece is faulty, or is not what you ordered. Those are covered below and always will be.
If something is wrong with the piece
If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, that is ours to put right — not yours. Write to us within ten days of delivery with a photograph.
You choose what happens next: a full refund, a replacement, or a repair. We pay the shipping both ways. This is separate from the ten-day return above and is not affected by any of the exclusions in it.

Getting the size right the first time
Most exchanges are sizes. Before you order, read the Size Guide — it takes two minutes and it will save you a fortnight. If you are not sure, write to us with your measurements and we will tell you which size to take.
