Shipping

Every piece is made to order in Seoul. Production takes approximately 4 weeks from the day your order is placed. We email you when the piece enters production and again when it ships.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Seoul, Republic of Korea, by DHL or FedEx with full insurance. Precious metals cannot be sent by standard post, so every order travels tracked and signed-for.

Rates and delivery

  • International: flat rate shown at checkout · typically 3–7 business days after production
  • South Korea: Express KRW 26,000 (1–2 business days) · Standard KRW 14,000 (3–5 business days)

Duties and import taxes

We ship on DDP terms (Delivered Duty Paid). Any duties and import taxes that apply are settled before delivery, so nothing is collected at your door. Where duties are charged at checkout, the amount is shown before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for three business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels

All shipments are insured. If a parcel is lost in transit we remake or refund the order in full — you are not asked to wait for the carrier's investigation to close.

Address accuracy

Please check your address at checkout. We can change it free of charge before the parcel ships; once it has left Seoul a redirection fee may apply.

  • 관세: DDP 조건. 관세·수입제세를 사전 정산하므로 수령 시 추가 비용이 청구되지 않습니다.
  • 분실·지연: 전 건 보험 가입. 분실 시 재제작 또는 전액 환불합니다.
